The Zinful Chef

Sean Thomas, AKA The Zinful Chef, was born and raised here in the Wine Country. He then attended Johnson & Wales University in Charleston South Carolina where he received his  B.S. degree graduating cum laude. He then spent the next 5 years as a chef in Charleston before returning home to bring southern cuisine to the wine country.

Our goal

Our goal is to bring the experience of low country cuisine and parties here to the wine country. We can cook and serve any meal in any location. We bring the kitchen to you.

Local Chardonnay and dill cream sauce made with diced red peppers, diced onions, sea scallops, bay scallops, fresh jumbo shrimp, calamari rings, clams, and mussels served over linguini.
