Chef Sean born and raised in the California Wine Country and educated at Johnson & Wales in Charleston. After completing his education he returned to California where he catered for many of Sonoma county's finest wineries. He also won numerous gold medals at The Sonoma County Harvest Fair professional food judging's. Winning 4 double gold medals for his pulled pork, gold medals for several bbq sauces and in 2009 sweepstakes award for professional desserts.

However the pull of family brought him back to South Carolina to be closer to his Daughter and grand daughters.

His specialties include Whole pig BBQ, Paella, Frogmore stew, Prime rib feasts and seafood pastas in many different sauces.

His classic style of on site cooking and presentation make them great for corporate parties, rehearsal dinners and charity events.
